clamav error on new install

Description

On a new host (bostikws.dh) I get the following in the boot logs:

Starting ClamAV daemon: clamd ERROR: Parse error at line 40: Unknown option PhishingScanURLs. ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamav/clamd.conf

failed!

Starting ClamAV virus database updater: freshclam.

Fixed by editing the default configuration file on the master machine.

Definitely a bug from debian/backports.org - not our code.
