Webmail Access
Each hosted domain has webmail automatically configured for it - for example if you're hosting the domain example.com open your browser and point it to http://example.com/webmail/.
In the following examples, the domain is example.com, and Bob has the email address bob@example.com.
Logging in
- Use your email address as the Name. Bob uses bob@example.com.
- Enter the password you've been given in the Password box.
The Inbox
- Once you've logged in, you should be presented with your inbox, and any new messages therein.
- To change folder, click on one of the folders in the left-hand pane.
- To read a message shown in the list in the right-hand pane, click on its subject.
Reading a message
- If you click on the subject, the message will be opened, and displayed.
- There are various actions shown to the top of the message, such as reply, and delete.
Composing a message
- If you click "Reply" when reading an email, or "Compose" in the menu at the top of the screen, you should be presented with the screen shown below.
Signing out
- Finally to sign out, click "Sign Out" in the top right hand corner of the page.
- The screen below should then be shown to confirm that you've signed out.
